Caroline's Extended Obituary from her Celebration of Life Monday, July 14th
Caroline Agnes Robinson was born October 2, 1937, in Mobile, Alabama to Lucius Waite and Vassar Bowling Robinson. She was their only child. The Robinsons lived in Chickasaw, Alabama and were charter members of Chickasaw United Methodist Church. Caroline was the first baby to be christined in the new church.
She attended local schools and graduated from Vigor High School. While raising her two children, she took night classes at the University of South Alabama and completed her degree in Business in 1983, the same year that Eddie graduated from high school. This was a very important accomplishment for her.
Being very business minded, Caroline was very involved in many professional organizations. She traveled to Russia in the early eigties with the business management group. She served as Personnel Director at Goodwill Industries for many years and currently serves as Director of the Epilepsy Foundation in Mobile.
Caroline enjyed spending time with her family and friends, Affectionately, she was known as "Gran" to her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and their friends. She was involved in her church, St. Paul's Episcopal Church, where she often served as a Reader and enjoyed being active in her Supper Club.
"OhLord Most Holy", played today was Caroline's first solo at Chickasaw United Methodist Church. "Crossing Bar" was read at her father's funeral since he was a tugboat captain. Isiah 43:1-4 was read every day for strength by Caroline.
Survivors include, her children, Robin Foster *Randy) Reynolds and Edward "Eugene" (Kathyrn) Foster. Four grandchildren, Lindsey Michelle Reynolds, Hannah Reynolds (Stephen)Thomas, Margaret Allison "Maggie" Foster and Abigail Grace "Abby" Foster. Two great-grandchildren, marley Monroe Spence and Garrett Franklin McLeod. Simba, her beloved cat.

Today we celebrate and give thanks for the blessings Caroline has brought to our lives.
Congratulations and Best Wishes to Epilepsy Foundation of Alabama's Secretary of the Foundation's Board of Directors, Megan Grimes and family on the birth of Spencer Sean-Brian Grimes born December 17th at 3:10a.m. 9lbs.,5ounces and 22 inches long.
CONGRATULATIONS KELSEY DOLLAR 2013 GRADUATE OF LAMAR COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL Vernon, Alabama. Kelsey also received an Award from Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama, “The first person to have epilepsy surgery at Children’s Hospital, facing and overcoming numerous obstacles in her life.” Pictured with Kelsey, is her physician Dr. Jeffrey Blount, Children’s Hospital Birmingham, Alabama. Kelsey participated in the National Epilepsy Foundation’s Speak Up Speak Out Program as the Epilepsy Foundation of Alabama’s representative.
Kelsey is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Don (Marty) Dollar, and sister Logan Dollar all of Vernon, Alabama. Don Dollar is a member of the Board of Directors of the Epilepsy Foundation of Alabama.
